The multiple GRAMMY Award-winning Pacifica Quartet is known for delivering performances that are “engrossing…with a luminescent tranquillity [and] spine-tingling intensity” (The New York Times). They offer Mendelssohn's youthful and energetic String Quartet No. 2, op. 13, and György Ligeti's spellbinding String Quartet No. 1 ("Metamorphoses Nocturnes"). Music Mondays' Artistic Director and pianist Aaron Wunsch joins for French romantic composer César Franck's searingly passionate Piano Quintet.
